Privacy notice
SkinRealms processes information you voluntarily provide through this website for the purposes described below.
Launch waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, subscription status, registration date, registration source and the version of the consent text you accepted. We use this information to send news about SkinRealms and its launch on the basis of your consent. If you unsubscribe, your address and opt-out status may be retained solely to ensure that you are excluded from future messages.
Retail partnership enquiries
When you contact us about a retail partnership, we collect your name, company or store, business email address, country, website or social-media address, message, submission date and privacy-acknowledgement record. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business discussion. Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.
Website security
To protect the forms against automated abuse, the website may temporarily process a one-way hash derived from a visitor’s network address. These short-lived security records are used only to limit excessive submissions and are automatically eligible for deletion after the relevant protection window expires.
Hosting and service providers
We use service providers to host and secure this website, store form submissions and deliver message notifications. They process personal data on our behalf under applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements. Some processing may take place outside your country where appropriate safeguards apply.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your waitlist consent through the unsubscribe page. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your personal data by contacting leo.leborgne@skinrealms.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
Data controller
Until a legal entity is established, the owner of the SkinRealms project, based in Belgium, is responsible for this processing. This notice will be updated if that changes.
